Brisbane bulk water bill to increase by 3.5 per cent per year

The bulk water charge on Brisbane ratepayers' water bills will rise by 3.5 per cent each year until 2021.

Natural Resources Minister Anthony Lynham has written to all 11 south-east Queensland councils advising them of the price increases for the next three years.
